- How do I set up my account?
In order to activate your account all you have to do is fill in your details on the Driver Registration page, and you will have to check that your company complies with our Code of Practice.
Your account should be activated within 24 hours, then after logging in all you need to do is fill in some details about your company and what you charge per hour. Once thats done put a deposit down for leads and you can begin getting work.
- Is there a setup fee?
No there is no setup fee, we will only ever charge you for leads that you recieve.
There is no commitment or obligation and you can leave at any time.
- How many postcodes can I have on my account?
You can have a total of 5 postcodes and cover key areas in your local area. All postcodes are subject to availability and will be reviewed depending on your activity.
- What if I dont want to continue?
If you don't want to coninue you can stop at any time! Please chat with us, We can give help and advice on emails you send out to improve your conversion rates.
If your still feel it's not working for you we can close your account and you won't be charged any more.
- This is fantastic! Can I get more postcodes?
Ofcourse! If your enjoying how well things are going you can request a larger area to cover, subject to availability and account activity. We want you to get the most out of our service and for a great partnership!
- I used to have an account, can I rejoin?
We typically look at this on a case-by-case basis. If it's been a long time since you last were with us the it is likely we will offer that to you. You will still need to re-register like other companies and supply all necessary details and documents and comply with our code of practice.
- How much do leads cost?
- One bedroom - £2.99+vat
- Two bedroom -£3.99+vat
- Three bedroom - £4.99+vat
- More than three bedroom -£5.99+vat
- Office Move -£6.99+vat
- How do I receive leads?
You will receive your leads directly by email, this will include the leads contact details, items needing moving, size of the property, delivery and moving addresses, along with any extra information about access issues.
You will also be able to look at any leads in your accounts in the Matched Quotes tab.
- Can I limit my how many leads I recieve?
Yes you can, you can set how many leads your comfortable to recieve each day.
If you want more jobs you can increase the number, or if you prefer a quieter week you can decrease to a lower number, or even pause the account.
- Can I choose the size of moves I want to be quoted for?
Not yet, but we will be introducing this later in the year.
- I got duplicated leads, will I still pay for them?
No, It wouldn’t be fair on you or any other driver. So we don’t charge you for any duplicated leads, if you do suspect this just get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- A customer left fake contact details, can I reclaim my money back for that lead?
We can’t validate phone numbers and we can’t credit for incorrect phone numbers. We do validate every single email address before you receive any quotes through, this involves the client . Usually when a client gives you an incorrect number it simply means they prefer to be contacted via email rather by phone.
If both the email address bounces back and the contact number doesn't work then send us an email with the date and name of the lead and we will credit your account.
- How many postcodes can I have?
You can have up to 5 postcodes subject to availability, you must remain active or you could lose postcodes to other active removals companies.
- Can I choose my own postcodes?
Yes you can, the way it works is that you choose an area code to get the best cover, for example M1 or CW1. You are in complete control of the postcodes you want, and we oversee the allocation and availability of those postcodes.
- How should I put in my postcodes?
Postcodes should be the postcode area followed by a comma. The below example shows how your coverage postcodes information should look.
- Can I find out how many leads a month the each postcode gets?
Absolutely, just get In touch with our support team and we can tell you how many people are also registrations that postcode area has received.
- Can I change my prices/address/contact details?
In your partner account you have complete control over all your contact details, postcode areas and prices. Every time you save anything new it will immediately be live on onevan.co.uk.
- Am I charged VAT?
On your account you will have a tick box which you will need to tick if you are VAT registered. We will send you an invoice detailing Net cost and VAT charge if you are VAT registered.
- I’ve forgotten my password, how can I reset it?
You can easily and quickly reset your password by going to the login page and pressing password reset, where we will email you a link to change your password.
- I’m going on holiday for a week, can I pause my leads?
Of course! In your account settings you just need to tick "Pause account" and you wont appear in the search results until you reactive your account.
Please note - You should email us if the account will be inactive for longer than 1 week, if the account is frozen for 2 weeks or more then we can assign your postcodes to other active companies.
- Is there a cancellation fee?
No, there is no cancellation fee and no obligation to stay.
- How do I get information on my business page?
You can fill in your company information in your profile, this will show up in the search results for a customer and can have an impact when viewing your quote
- I had a happy customer this week, how do they leave feedback?
All customers will receive a feedback request two weeks after the move takes place. If the customer hasn’t received this or perhaps lost it, the can get in touch directly at email@example.com. We can then send your feedback request to you.
- Do you supply packing boxes?
